The Whole Person Fertility Program - Toronto
A Mind-Body Approach to Fertility, Health & Healing

Introduction

Despite the rise in cases of unexplained infertility, more couples in their 30’s and 40’s are successfully conceiving. Today, as many as 1 in 5 couples are finding it difficult and frustrating to conceive and successfully carry a pregnancy to term. Many couples in their 30’s and 40’s are increasingly finding themselves being diagnosed as infertile. It is sad to say that of those couples seeking medical fertility treatments, greater than 40% may struggle with the disappointment and anguish of having been diagnosed with some form of unexplained infertility that cannot be resolved with conventional medical fertility treatment alone. On the other hand, over the last 20 years, births to women over age 40 have also increased by 50% and we are now seeing more couples in their 30’s and 40’s successfully conceive, give birth and raise a healthy child; with many of them frequently turning to alternative means to naturally enhance their fertility and increase the chance of having a healthy pregnancy.

Many couples in their 30’s and 40’s have found that they can enhance their fertility naturally, resolve unexplained infertility and optimize medical fertility treatments with mind-body fertility therapy. Many women who have previously failed to conceive with medical fertility procedures and received such medical diagnoses as “unexplained infertility” or were simply told their eggs were too old because of their age, have conceived and had a healthy pregnancy after participating in a mind-body fertility program. The mind-body approach to fertility has also proven itself to be equally effective for men who experience fertility challenges. Over the past 20 years The Whole Person Fertility Program, a powerful mind-body approach to fertility, has helped women, men and couples to learn to consciously resolve their emotional and psychological barriers to fertility. This mind-body fertility program is based on the latest scientific research and teaches women, men and couples groundbreaking methods of consciously conceiving which can enhance naturally the chance of conception, resolve unexplained infertility or optimize medical fertility treatments.

Unfortunately, very often men, women and couples are unaware of their fertility histories and how psychological and emotional issues can affect conception and pregnancy.

“If you are having difficulty conceiving or carrying a pregnancy to term, you may be unaware of how emotional and psychological issues can affect conception and pregnancy, and can negatively affect your overall health, which includes your ability to conceive.”

Niravi B. Payne M.S., Founder, The Whole Person Fertility Program

“Women are almost never told how their fertility histories, beliefs, and emotions can affect their fertility. Knowing this information can be very empowering. Regardless of what you have been told about your infertility, your ability to conceive is profoundly influenced by the complex interaction among psychosocial, psychological and emotional factors and that you can consciously work through with the Whole Person Fertility Program to enhance your ability to have a baby.”

The Whole Person Fertility Program offers effective
and proven methods to:

  • Enhance one’s natural ability to conceive and hold a pregnancy to term

  • Increase the effectiveness of natural and medical fertility treatments

  • Break through age barriers

  • Help couples have additional children

  • Help heal if no pregnancy occurs

  • To enrich couple’s lives and heal relationships

A mind-body approach to fertility offers couples struggling with infertility a more complete understanding of fertility, by explaining how emotional and psychological issues can affect conception and pregnancy and provide couples with proven methods for resolving their barriers to fertility. Couples learn how the interconnection of women’s and men’s minds and bodies affect their health and fertility, and block their ability to conceive. This approach also helps couples to “let go” of feelings of blame and guilt which often accompany a diagnosis of infertility, by promoting understanding as the key to resolving their barriers to fertility and learning to consciously conceive.

By focusing on healing the “whole person” and consciously resolving the emotional and psychological factors negatively affecting one’s reproductive health, couples can learn to consciously conceive. As couples are able to better understand how emotional and psychological issues are involved in conception and pregnancy, men and women are able to stop blaming their bodies, themselves or their partner, and to begin seeing their body as an ally and to work together with their partner as a team. Men and women find this approach to healing and fertility to be a supportive and empowering experience in which each participant achieves a new level of self-understanding as they work through their emotional and psychological barriers to fertility.

In the course of learning to resolve their barriers to fertility, women and men also find they are able to free themselves from the inherent cycle of anxiety, self-doubt and feelings of blame which couples often experience after having received a medical diagnosis of infertility. As they progress through the program, participants also find themselves healing their relationships with their spouses, siblings and other family members along the way towards learning powerful mind-body techniques that enable them to heal themselves and consciously conceive.
